14-day returns for sealed pouches

You may request a return of an unopened, unused Easekind pouch within 14 calendar days of delivery. The pouch must be in its original packaging with its seal intact. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

Opened pouches are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

How to request a return

Contact Easekind before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address for an approved return.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law. No restocking fee applies.

If we sent an incorrect or defective item, or an item arrived damaged, contact us before paying for return postage. Easekind will cover any return shipping required to resolve our error or the product issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us as soon as you discover an issue, with your order number and a description. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review the issue when available. We will work with you on an appropriate refund or replacement. Do not consume a product with a damaged seal.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Cancellation requests

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order before shipment. We will try to stop fulfillment, but a change or cancellation may not be possible once processing has begun. If the order has shipped, the return terms above apply. If we cancel an unshipped order because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
