Is 500 mg the real amount, or an "equivalent"?

It's the real amount. Each two-gummy serving contains 500 mg of 10:1 ginger root extract. We don't multiply the extract ratio into a bigger "equivalent" number. The front of the pouch and the Supplement Facts panel say the same thing.

What flavor is it?

Mixed Berry.

What’s in it?

Each serving contains 500 mg of 10:1 ginger root extract + 2.4 mcg vitamin B12 (100% DV), as methylcobalamin. There is 0 g sugar per serving. See the Supplement Facts panel.

Easekind is sweetened with isomalt and maltitol syrup, sugar alcohols that may cause digestive discomfort in some people.

Yes. Easekind gummies are vegan and pectin-based, made without gelatin.
